Shipping and Returns
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
We always try the best to ship out all orders which have no payment issue on the same day for orders place before 4:00 PM U.S.A eastern time. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Thank you for your understanding.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT/ International Shipping Terms & Conditions
Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
International shipping rate based on Economy shipping charge and shipping rate is estimated by the package weight. Additional shipping charge may be required for expedited shipping service.
Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your order. All Standard Shipping Policies regarding lead time and availability still apply.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and containing your tracking numbers. These tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours, and you can track your shipment by entering them onto shipment carrier's website.
Returns / Exchanges
- The Customer shall contact The Company to notify of the intended return of Products. Products will not be accepted back without prior consent.
- A ‘Goods Return Note’ must be obtained from The Company and clearly displayed on or inside all the returned packages.
- The Product must be returned in its original packaging. Products returned without original packaging will not be credited or exchanged.
- The Product must be returned in an as new condition and in perfect working order. Products not returned in this condition will not be credited or exchanged.
- The Product must be returned by a traceable and insured shipping method. Unless the returned Product is signed for by the Company the Product will not be credited or exchanged.
- The Company will dispatch a replacement product or process a refund once the Product is received. Returned items may be subject to a handling charge.
- Faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 7 days. Failure to report loss or damage in 7 days will invalidate claim.
- Unauthorized returns or Products no longer required may be charged a 18% restocking fee based on the retail price of the Product plus the original carriage costs for restocking the returned Products.
- Any costs incurred by The Company for disposing or returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.
- This section of the agreement is in addition to your statutory rights.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
